InnerSourcing with Mindy Allanson

InnerSourcing . . . Play Dates With Mindy

Please join me, Mindy Allanson, for weekly series of "play dates" at InnerSource called "InnerSourcing." And we are going to do just that...go in and source! We'll check into the physical and explore messages of wisdom from the body.

We'll sense into the emotional realm and begin to explore our many selves from a Voice Dialogue perspective. We'll look at things from a chakra perspective and just get a perspective! We'll talk about psychic protection and its practical applications and then we'll practice until you feel confident with the process.

We'll discuss thought forms and maybe pick some up or clean some out and we'll tiptoe into the Spiritual realms to discover the links between our inner child, our anxiety and our hormones. These are just my top line ideas. I'll ask for suggestions and we'll go with the flow...all as a way to get acquainted with our InnerSource and the Play of Consciousness.

There will be discussion, guided imagery, meditation, teaching, experiential's, and lots of sharing!

Day: Wednesdays
Time: 10:00 - 11:30 am
Cost: $25.00

Dates to be announced.

Mindsight: A users guide to the mind

This seminar is based on the book Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation, by Daniel J. Siegel, M.D.

  • Is there a memory that torments you?
  • Do you sometimes get taken over by emotions and then find it hard to calm down?
  • Do you ever wonder why you get stuck in negative patterns of behavior even when you know better?
  • Do you want to lead a happier and more creative life?

You're not alone! Most of us have some sort of mental and emotional booby-trap that causes us problems. Mindsight is a revolutionary approach to freedom from these traps that is solidly based on the most current breakthroughs in neuro-science.

Through the use of meditation, the tools of psychotherapy, and the findings of neuro-science we can now precisely and effectively re-wire our brains.

  • Yes you can master your emotions
  • Yes you can bring new life into your relationships
  • Yes you can reach your fullest potential

We are happy to present an introduction to his work at this two hour workshop. For those who are interested in delving further into Mindsight, we will be offering an ongoing group.
